William Lloyd Davies – Director

Will’s working life started with Cooke and Arkwright’s  Chartered Surveyors where we rotated around residential sale,  retail and development departments. During this period he qualified as a chartered surveyor and achieved a special accolade winning “Young Property Personality of the Year” in 2007. A position with Persimmon Group’s land buying department followed, before Will took up a partner position with commercial developer Actoris before establishing Arbenigol.

During covid Will carried out the role of Executive Director for Development for Housing Association ateb Group and private sale subsidiary company Mill Bay Homes which provided wonderful insight into both third sector and regulated environment. Will is currently providing consultancy advice related to both business development and property matters to a number of private and public sector clients.

Outside of the office Will is a Glas Cymru Member for Welsh Water, Private Sector Advisor to the SWWCJC, Chair of School Governors, Church Warden and part time sheep farmer!  Will is a fluent Welsh Speaker.
